Automation/Electrician - Days

Amcor Flexibles - Mankato Minnesota facility is searching for an Automation/Electrician specializing in automation to fill a day shift opening. This position will support the plant by helping maintain and repair production equipment as needed.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Maintain electronic & electrical systems in Plant
• Calibration of electrical equipment
• Maintain inventory of electrical components
• Knowledge & use of PLC’s and Programming
• Documentation of electrical systems
• Maintaining required documents of equipment for ISO
• Updating required computer software
• General plant maintenance as needed

Education and Experience:

Automation and electrical experience.  Three (3) + years exposure to PLC programming and electrical required.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

Installation of equipment and fabrication of necessary parts, as needed.

Pay range: $32.96 - $38.93 per hour.

Hours: day shift; with shared on-call schedule.

Differential of $1.75 paid for all hours work between 5 pm and 5 am.
