Responsibilities

Purpose: Support the implementation, management, and maintenance of the plant’s Quality Assurance systems. Perform technical duties, manage HO4 locations, process customer returns, and ensure compliance with quality standards to meet customer specifications and company requirements.

 

 

  1. Assist with collecting and filing paperwork.
  2. Review batch records using JDE to verify lot production dates, scan into OnBase, and file.
  3. Perform vision verification and manage inspection output with drum tickets.
  4. Perform and verify containment of defects, including putting products on inventory hold.
  5. Manage HO4 locations, perform cycle counts, set up final audits and release products using JDE and Mobile Client.
  6. Maintain HO4 supplies and scan final belt inspection documents into OnBase.
  7. Accept CPRO NCMRs, write reject tickets, and process returns through the HO4 system.
  8. Enter rejected raw materials and communicate disposition to the warehouse.
  9. Assist the warehouse in reviewing scan errors and identifying questionable skids for hold.

Qualifications

  1. A.A. or bachelor’s in operations or manufacturing preferred, or related manufacturing/factory/line experience.
  2. Prior Knowledge and experience with ISO and SFQ is a plus.
  3. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and direct employees.
  5. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and statistical software.
  6. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling, and routine lifting (up to 35 pounds).
  8. Visual acuity to distinguish color variations and detect defects.
  9. Ability to read and write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  10. Effective communication skills to respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, associates, and the general public.
  11. Track record of continuous quality improvement and goal attainment.

Pay Range: $19.55 - 22 per hour
