Quality Assurance by inspecting the products and escalating any quality issues.
-Conducts 2-hour and visual checks as required.
-Performs TBSF (Tamper Band Separation Force) Test.
-Performs leak test for spout and full asssembled cap.
-Document all inspections, testing and cleaning.
-Performs job packet verification with Quality Inspector.
Continuously monitors Injection Machines' production and packs product.
-Ensures Injection Machine production is continuously and properly maintained and escalates any machine/production related issues to the Shift Leader and Technical Team.
-Ensures boxes are properly filled.
-Tapes and labels full boxes.
-Uses label maker/barcode scanners.
-Applies and maintains integrity of labels.
-Stacks full boxes on pallet.
-Restart injection machines after WIP accumulation exceeded.
-Move finish good pallet to wrapping station and retreives new packaging materials.
Continuously monitors Secondary equipment (conveyors, assembly machines, bowls, box shifters).
-Ensures secondary equipment is continuously and properly maintained and escalates any machine/production related issues to the Shift Leader and Technical Team.
-Removes any jammed parts from asssembly machines.
-Maintain cleanliness of the entire cell (lexan, conveyors, machine bases, working station, floor, cleaning stations and quality stations)
Completes required documentation.
-Follows 5S Daily Cleaning Checklist and escalates safety issues.
-Complete Job Packet entirely.
-Counting Card (for tracking productivity and quality findings).
Supports and maintains all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO/BRC Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures.
High School Deploma Preferred

Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 hr plus $2.00 night time differential
Job Type: Full-time
12 hours Day Shift: 6:00 pm- 6:15 am Rotating shifts
