Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of injection molding machines and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Work with Maintenance Manager to effectively provide appropriate procedures to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machines performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory and equipment history.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and equipment performance.
• Assist with managing spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Follow and support all Company Safety, GMP, HACCP policies.
• Follow and support all Company ISO, QMS and QSI policies.
• Maintain the highest quality of services rendered.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the shop and on the plant floor
• All other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
