In this role, the intern will provide technical support to Amcor (formerly Berry Global) computer users.
This role is intended for a student enrolled in an IT related program.
This is a year round internship, working approximately 20 hours per week.
1. Attend the Help Desk call center phones
2. Work on Help Desk Level 1 tickets
3. Troubleshoot user’s problems
4. Active Directory password resets
5. AS/400 password resets
6. Create documentation to improve Help Desk issues
7. PC Setups
8. Other duties as required
1. 0-3 Years experience on the Help Desk
2. Good Problem solving skills
3. Understanding of PC hardware, Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7 and Windows 10)
4. Good written and oral communications
5. Attention to detail when concerning user’s issues and resolutions
6. Excellent Customer Service
7. Ability to work with all levels of management
8. Reports directly Help Desk Supervisor
9. Current college student, enrolled in IT or similar program
