Nautic Partners, LLC completed its acquisition of the Specialty Tapes business from Berry Global Group, Inc., rebranding the company as Vybond™. As a standalone business, Vybond is poised to strengthen its leadership in pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes, delivering innovative solutions to industrial and specialty markets worldwide. Headquartered in Franklin, KY, with facilities in Riverhead, NY, and Bristol, RI, Vybond Group, Inc. manufactures specialty foil, film, and duct tapes and adhesives. With over 1,500 specialty SKUs spanning 500+ product families, Vybond serves 1,500+ customers across the HVAC, building and construction, industrial, retail, medical, aerospace, automotive, and other specialty industries.

1. Support the maintenance team by providing overall leadership for the maintenance systems (i.e. PM program, lubrication program, etc.).
2. Utilize system to plan all maintenance PM’s
3. Arranges resources for machine PM’s
4. Coordinate the distribution of work orders to all maintenance techs.
5. Provide the planning function for maintenance (i.e. PM’s, shutdowns etc.).
6. Evaluates the effectiveness and timing of PM’s.
7. Assist (work) in PM’s as needed.
8. Ensure parts are available for planned work
9. Focal point for all W/O’s.  
10. Filter all W/O’s through input from supervisors
11. Coordinate the distribution of work orders to all maintenance techs.
12. Work on special projects as directed
13. Continue as a Maintenance CMMS expert
14. Develop and provide training as needed
15. Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

1. Associate degree in applied science or other technical degree preferred
2. In depth experience and understanding of maintenance systems and metrics.
3. 5+ years in Maintenance background or other related fields.
4. Strong leadership, people and communications skills, computer skills and problem solving skills.
