• Insure a quality regrind product is being produced by separating different polymers, making sure all handles and gaskets have been removed and recording regrind totals for each shift.
• Monitor granulator for proper operation and report any problems to Maintenance
• Maintain good housekeeping in Grinder Room, Scrap & Re-work Areas
• Ability to operator manual pallet jack 

• Detail-oriented, good communication and dependability
• Must be able to lift, bend, and reach to perform necessary job functions
• Basic math skills
• Standing for long periods of time
• Verbal communication skills and minimum writing skills are required to transfer and to interpret the explanation of problems and to receive and understand work assignments
