Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Regional HR team and globally with the Corporate HR Team to understand the business drivers and support in HR initiatives and operations.  
  • Provide support in managing employee life-cycle from hire to retire, ensuring positive employee experience for co-workers.  
  • Support in implementing HR policies ensuring compliance and adherence to applicable processes and processes.  
  • Effectively support and lead allocated HR projects (eg. employee engagement, employee relations, learning topics, onboarding, etc), ensuring that they meet the necessary requires and enables business / function growth.  
  • Manage HR operations, HR administration and all associated daily HR processes.  
  • Support high quality change management activities using best in class planning and processes  
  • Act as HR Business Partner to dedicated teams for allocated functions when required.  

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner, or as part of HR Center of Excellence, or HR consulting experience in a dynamic, highly complex global environment.  
  • Experience and confidence in leading and managing change. Strong collaborator, but able to move independently, quickly and decisively when required. 
  • Capable of operating in a matrix organizational structure, managing multiple and challenging assignments concurrently 
  • Hands-on knowledge and understanding of international employment and HR policies / procedures  
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships in a large capacity matrix environment 
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills; experience with key HR metrics (experience in compiling and analysing HR data to guide strategic planning)
  • Ability to work under pressure

The HR Specialist is responsible to provide timely, efficient and effective support in the implementation, management and delivery of effective HR activities and programs including employee life-cycle management, HR operations and processes, talent management, employee engagement, employee development and communication, performance management and change management.  

 

S/he is a valued member of the IT HR Business Partner team and the Corporate HR team.  

 

This role would require good interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for learning, ability to manage and deliver on various projects as well as being a team player.
