 1. Inspection and cleaning of all molds 

2. Assist toolmakers with internal repairs and mold evaluations 

3. Inspection of molds after external repairs/ test runs 

4. Maintain mold boxes and skids

5. Assist with crating/ uncrating tolls and components

6. Update mold maintenance database 

7. Prepare written reports when required 

8. Participate in department projects as needed 

9. Personal safety and following all safety rules 

10. Housekeeping and other duties as assigned 

1. Working knowledge of ISO 9000/ QS 9000 and SQF 

2. Minimum of 5 years experience in injection molding

3. Experience related to quality testing, inspection, and measuring of plastic parts 

4. Ability to properly start/ shut down of injection molding machines and support equipment including robots 

5. Ability to accurately follow both written and verbal directions
