Responsibilities

  1. Work with Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisors and AGLs to address any departmental audit findings.
  2. Oversee daily production reporting and paperwork.
  3. Oversee purchasing and stocking supplies on the production floor (screens, die soap, Brakleen, etc.).
  4. Assist with conducting ISO/SQF training.
  5. Work with training team to help develop risk assessments, work instructions, form control documents, and help support the Training Coordinator and training team.
  6. Identify, implement, and sustain 5S projects for the department.
  7. Understand WebEFF and check paperwork at the end of each shift as needed.
  8. Assist with enforcing all SQF, GMP, Safety, and HACCP rules.
  9. Authority to carry out the responsibilities and any other duties as directed.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
  2. Previous experiences as a Process Technician.
  3. Knowledge of ISO, Cpro, SQF, and TIC systems.
  4. Proficient computer skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete4 multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced envrionment.
  7. Excellent inerpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within the team.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and trouble shoot problems quickly.

Physical Qualifications:

  1. Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
  2. Must be able to stand, walk, or bend through an entire shift.
  3. Need adequate eyesight to detect part numbers.
  4. Must be able to work around grease, oils, and solvents without adverse reactions.
  5. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders when needed.
  6. Good manual dexterity of arms and fingers.
