Responsibilities

  1. Sort and file all daily production travelers.
  2. Use production and scrap edits to verify recording accuracy
  3. Communicate under and overruns to scheduling department
  4. Key scrap from rework department’s daily paperwork
  5. Balance Work Orders using production edit
  6. Assist Inventory Audit Specialist in inventory reconciliations 

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  2. Experience with warehousing, inventory control, and production flow is preferred
  3. JDE experience preferred
  4. Ability to sit for a minimum of 7 hours during an 8 hour shift
  5. Visual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance and minimal near vision ability read 10 – 12 point print at a distance of 12 – 18 inches
  6. Ability to lift 30lbs once a day.
  7. Ability and willingness to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime
  8. Ability to wear all PPE (personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, hearing protection and steel toed shoes)
  9. Knowledge of MS Excel ad Microsoft word with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data
  10. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  11. Organizational and problem solving skills a must
  12. Attention to detail and the ability to see a project through to completion
  13. Ability to meet deadlines
  14. Self-motivated
