Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy Manager of Analytics Delivery to lead the development of front-end analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across our global supply chain. This role will be instrumental in translating complex data into intuitive dashboards, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations that drive operational excellence.

This leader will take ownership of stakeholder-facing analytics delivery, including dashboard design, KPI development, and business translation, while also contributing to back-end modeling and data strategy. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on analytics leader with a strong understanding of supply chain operations, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for enabling smarter decisions through data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and deployment of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into supply chain performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Own stakeholder engagement around analytics delivery—partnering with supply chain, operations, and business leaders to understand needs, define requirements, and shape the end-user experience.
  • Translate complex data and models into clear, actionable insights, enabling leaders to make informed decisions on inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and planning.
  • Collaborate with the back-end analytics leader to integrate predictive and prescriptive models into front-end tools and ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business needs.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and scenario modeling to support continuous improvement initiatives and business planning.
  • Establish and evolve KPI frameworks to measure performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay current with emerging analytics tools and best practices, continuously enhancing team capabilities and solution quality.
  • Contribute to the development of data literacy across the organization, mentoring business partners and supporting adoption of analytics tools and insights.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or operations research.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Evansville or other company locations.
