RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·       Completes maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems

·       Identifies and resolves equipment malfunctions related to downtime, scrap, and performance

·       Monitors spare parts inventories and make recommendations to assure availability

·       Troubleshoots and  AC / DC motor drives

·       Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner

·       Records preventative maintenance and repair data using computer based systems

·       Identifies parts and materials required for repairs and arranges procurement 

·       Informs appropriate parties of and coordinates maintenance needs to minimize downtime

·       Maintains safe and clean work environment

·       Observes all Plant procedures, policies, and guidelines

·       Performs other duties as required

 

  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 

·       5+ years’ experience or equivalent education in Industrial Maintenance

·       PLC troubleshooting experience highly preferred; Allen Bradley and Siemens knowledge desired

·       Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and/or kneel continuously
  • Availability to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) i
  • Good verbal, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
