Position Summary:
The Director of Finance and Business Strategy, will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. This position partners with senior leadership to evaluate business opportunities, develop integration plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on due diligence and integration planning.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
